Another great part of the book is where Alan talks about "how to write a proposal that closes business - don't trip as you're about to cross the finish line." He spells out exactly what a proposal is and is not - summarizing with 10 critical steps to proposal formation.
Without a doubt - if you haven't read this book - it's worth your time.
