He models robots playing soccer - and contrasts those who are rewarded as a team with those rewarded individually. The simulation that is rewarded as teams outperforms those who are motivated only with individual success.
How does this translate into running a business as a Unit of 1? Would we be more successful (as a whole) if we formed larger companies? Food for thought..."
