Woodbury, NJ - August 19, 2002: Mac McDonnell will deliver the
kick-off session for the MidAtlantic Consultants Network on September 9th. The session will be held at Villanova

Impact that Accidents/Losses Have on these Variables

There are many things
that can negatively affect an organization?s ability to deliver its product or
service. Disabling injuries to key
workers, a major fire or negative treatments in the press are just a few of them.
Mac believes that for an organization to achieve success, it must strike a
proper balance between all of the key demands on the organization. It is a fact that most organizational
improvements require change and in many cases this change is significant. Mac
has over 30 years experience in accident prevention and control and more than
20 years experience as a manager of change (both line and staff positions).

provide participants with greater insight into the internal cost of accidents,
propose a more comprehensive business objective and share the 4-step process to
changing behavior, which has been useful to him for many years.
MCDONNELL CONSULTING is a management consulting organization
with two primary product lines. One of these product lines is accident
prevention and control consulting for employers and business owners. The second
product line is developing and delivering customized training programs for
